Return and Exchange Policy:

• Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products available on our store.

• Returns or exchanges are allowed if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.

• Returns can be made within three (3) days, and exchanges can be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Kindly take a photo of the product and send it to us along with the city, address, and order number if the product is defective, damaged, or not as agreed upon, to exchange it for another item.

• A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on the product page on our website.

• We are not responsible for any usage expectations of the products by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.

• A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 dirhams will be deducted if the customer simply does not want the product and there is no defect or issue with it.
